You can cancel your subscription at any time using the "Manage subscription" link in your purchase receipt email. Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep Pro access until the end of the month you have already paid for.
If ResponseAI does not work for you, email us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund that charge in full. No questions asked. Refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days.

When you ask ResponseAI for reply suggestions, the message text you selected is sent to our server (hosted by Cloudflare) and then to the API of Anthropic PBC in the United States, which generates the suggestions. We do not store the content of your messages. It is processed to produce the reply and then discarded. Anthropic does not use API data to train its models and deletes it after a limited retention period under its own policy.
The text you select may contain personal information about other people, such as the sender's name or email address. Please do not use ResponseAI on messages that contain sensitive information, such as health or financial details.
Our service providers are located outside your country, including in the United States. Your selected text is transferred to them only to generate the replies you asked for.
We do not store your name, email address or the content of your emails and messages on our servers.
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Your card details are entered on their checkout page and never reach our servers. Their privacy policy applies to that part of the process.
You can stop all processing by removing the extension from your browser. To request deletion of the usage record associated with your identifier, contact us at the address below.
ResponseAI is a browser extension that generates suggested replies using an AI model. Suggestions are drafts. You are responsible for reviewing anything before you send it.
Each installation includes 3 free replies. After that, continued use requires a subscription of $5 per month, billed monthly until cancelled. Cancellation and refunds are covered in the Cancellation and Refund Policy above.
Do not use ResponseAI to generate spam, harassment, deceptive content, or anything unlawful. We may terminate access for misuse.
The service is provided as is. AI-generated text can be inaccurate or inappropriate for your situation. We are not liable for how suggestions are used, or for any loss arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
